Administrator required – Central Basingstoke location, up to 18k pa, 5pm finish daily

Our client, a financial services company in Basingstoke, has a brand new position for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Starts ASAP!

Job Role:

  • Ensure administrative and audting tasks are done in accordance with deadlines and timelines
  • Scan documents onto client files
  • Post hard copy documents to clients
  • Collate documentation and post out to clients

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Must be highly organised
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Able to manage your own workload and daily responsibilities
  • Self motivated
  • A strong communicator, written and verbal

Associated Benefits:

  • 17 – 18k pa
  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm with an hour for lunch each day
