Our client, based near Farnborough, is committed to pushing the technological boundaries of innovation within the music technology industry and they have an exciting opportunity for an After Sales Advisor to join their vibrant and creative aftersales team who all share a love of music – so, if you’ve got an interest in music too, all the better! This is a permanent role starting as soon as possible.

As an After Sales Advisor you will be:

  • Providing aftersales advice, solutions and resolutions to both trade customers and end users on a wide range of queries by email and phone
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
  • Providing admin support to both trade customers and end users of products that may have failed or require work by an engineer
  • Liaising with Engineers regarding ongoing cases
  • Fault diagnosis, checking warranty entitlements and booking repairs on the in-house RA system
  • Carrying out stock checks for spare parts and processing spares orders where required
  • Dealing with carrier queries and completing claims as requested

To succeed as an After Sales Advisor you will have:

  • Proven customer service experience – ideally from within a technical or music focused industry
  • Knowledge of software such as Logic, Pro Tools, Ableton and Serato would be highly advantageous
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both over the phone and in writing, to internal and external customers
  • Bright, energetic, efficient with a can-do attitude and good sense of humour
  • Strong knowledge of both PC and Mac applications would be beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good listener with solid problem solving skills
