Fantastic company in Camberley wants a Part Time Facilities Coordinator to join them on an ongoing temporary basis. £12 per hour, 20 hours per week, on-site parking and a subsidised canteen. Plus enjoy Perkbox benefits as a temporary worker through Priority Appointments!

This role is to start as soon as possible.

Job Role:

  • Facilities supplier contract administration and purchase orders
  • Check deliveries and goods receipts for purchase orders raised
  • Maintain key Facilities records such as contract library, PPM tracker and emergency contacts
  • Support coordination of catering services
  • Manage post systems including the franking machine and liaison with third parties
  • Replenishment of office supplies i.e. stationery, meeting room equipment and catering and provision of office equipment, services and supplies in a cost efficient manner for in-house and field-based employees
  • Office furniture moves, room configuration and ordering desks and equipment
  • Pool car management including weekly vehicle checks and associated administration
  • Reception cover as required
  • Distribute and log door security access fobs
  • Good housekeeping of Facilities store and communal areas
  • Maintenance site checks
  • Respond to Facilities Helpdesk enquiries and log and resolve
  • Monitor PPM (planned preventative maintenance) schedule
  • Organise maintenance visits where required and supervise contractors while on-site
  • Maintain electronic maintenance records
  • Gain renewal quotes for management approval
  • Manage communications with cleaners
  • Monthly fire checklist administration and reporting to FM and H&S Advisor
  • Support Health and Safety Advisor with implementation of associated policies and procedures
  • Maintain stock of first aid supplies in main store and individual first aid boxes and contribute to Health and Safety committees
  • Review risk assessments for external activities and conduct risk assessments and support others in carrying out risk assessments
  • Support with Health and Safety Handbook updates
  • Support with weekly fire alarm tests

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks
  • Ability to communicate appropriately with a range of stakeholders including contractors, colleagues and management
  • Experience of supervising external third parties
  • Health and Safety knowledge including IOSH qualification
  • Risk assessment trained
  • First aid trained
  • Strong IT skills
  • Professional approach to work and working relationships
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Use own initiative and take ownership of workload
  • Supports a team-focused culture
