Our Client based in Andover is looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team, the role is due to company growth in this busy industry. A strong customer focused person who has experience of working in the Electrical wholesale industry, possibly with cable management experience. This is a very technical role.
- You will be taking incoming calls from clients wishing to place orders or looking for quotations by phone or email
- You will be liaising with suppliers and other internal departments ensuring dates for supply are adhered keeping your clients updated on dispatch and delivery times
- Providing customers with answers and support on product design and specification information requests
- Previous experience within a customer service or administrative role in a sales environment
- The ability to think outside of the box as some of your clients may need additional support or products when placing their orders
- A technical and practical mind-set
- Strong attention to detail and be good with numbers
- Have the ability to show initiative drive to ensure the customers experience is always first class
- Strong IT skills essential
- A good communicator
