Sales Support

Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to support their growing external sales team. This role needs a confident candidate who is able to communicate at all levels within the business and to communicate with its existing client base on delivery, collection issues or repair and replace, as well as managing all new incoming sales leads.

Own transport is essential to this role, the client is rural based on the outskirts of Andover

Job Role:

* As the Sales Support coordinator you will be raising quotations, keeping the quotes pipeline & prospect pipeline up to date for the sales team

* Booking appointments with key clients for the sales team to undertake site surveys

* Updating company CRM systems and running reporting & changes therein

* Building relationship with key customers.

* Attending Sales meetings, taking minutes updating and running follow ups for the meetings

* Running the weekly sales reports for the team on all activities

* Able to analyse the customers’ needs and delivery of service plans for the clients

 

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in sales & relationship management

* Confident communication skills both verbal and written

* To be organised and have great time management

* Ambitious, goal oriented & team focussed

* Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think outside the box and supply varied solutions

* Detail oriented & numerate, with an analytical mind

* Focused & organised, dynamic & driven able to take direction

* Motivated enthusiastic and a self-starter who is able to challenge and be demanding of her work colleagues

* Strong PC Skills in Excel

* Possible knowledge of building services industry, Mechanical engineering sector

 

Associated Benefits:

* Working 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch
