Strong candidates now have a choice of offers to choose from, which means businesses are having to look carefully at the packages of pay and benefits they offer to attract and retain the best talent.

To help our clients make sure they measure up against competitive offers, we have once again conducted our survey into the salaries and benefits being offered by a wide range of companies within 30 miles of Basingstoke.

Our 2017 Salary & Benefits Survey has been compiled using our own records of positions placed during 2016, plus data gathered about salaries offered in vacancies advertised locally on major job boards. We gathered data on benefits by looking at the packages offered in vacancies that we filled and by interviewing business owners and managers.

The survey looks at the permanent salary ranges for over 50 popular job titles within key areas such as:
