This well established, family run business are embedded in the Precision Engineering sector and are going through a strategic growth phase. As such, they are adding a Press Brake Operator to their work force.
The main duties of the Press Brake Operator will be:
• Setting and operating machines
• Undertaking visual inspection of all works
• Support the overall function of the Workshop
• Uphold all company procedures
We would be interesting in speaking with anyone from a Machine setting or manufacturing background, who can:
• Set and operate Press Brake and Hydraulic press Machines
• Understand and follow Engineering drawing
• Use manual inspection tools
• Proactively problem solve
In return the Press Brake Operator will be offered:
• Pay rate of £15 p/h
• Monday-Thursday 0800-1700 and Friday 0800-1400
• 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Overtime paid at time and a quarter
• Free on-site parking

CNC Setter/Operator
Are you looking to join a well established family run company, with no weekends, 23 days holiday and unlimited overtime paid at time and a quarter as a CNC Setter/Operator. If so, look no further.
This highly successful local company provide a valuable service to the scientific, environmental and aerospace sectors, fulfilling their low-medium batch production needs. Due to the continued need for their industry leading service, they are looking to add a competent CNC Setter/Operator to their head count.
While every job is unique, daily operations will include:
• Setting and operating 4 axis Milling machines
• Ensuring that all final products meet customer and employer specifications
• Keeping work space clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Completing all reasonable requests.
We would be interested in speaking with anyone with CNC experience, who has:
• 5 years experience using Hurco Machines or 10 years CNC experience
• Used Winmax programming systems (Advantageous)
• A positive and proactive attitude
• The desire to produce the highest quality work.
In return for their loyalty the CNC Setter/Operator will be offered:
• £17.50 p/h, with on going evaluations
• Monday-Friday, 0800-1630
• Unlimited overtime paid at time and a quarter
• 23 days holiday.
