The After Sales Manager would be:

• Responsible for the overall management of after sales revenue, while handling all after sales service enquiries with a focus and drive on refurbishment sales revenue generation
• Identify and optimise un-exposed revenue generating service offering
• Able to articulate and understand the full spectrum of the company’s products and services to provide an informative and positive customer experience
• Ensuring the effective utilisation of on-site engineers.

To succeed as the After Sales Manager it is essential to:

• Have a positive attitude working within a team, at pace while juggling multiple tasks
• Maintain high attention to detail when communicating across all mediums and documenting customer interaction
• Be comfortable learning new things in unfamiliar environments and build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Have an interest in the construction industry.
