As the After Sales Support you would be:

• Responsible for the handling all after sales service enquiries with a focus and drive on refurbishment sales revenue.
• Overall management of the After Sales Revenue
• All After Sales related pricing, including parts pricing, quotations and sales closing.
• 6 monthly inspection calls/notifications to customers to sell and arrange servicing
• Confidently handle all other Aftersales enquiries (on-site breakdowns, in house refurbishment)
• Liaison with the on-site co-ordinator
• Assisting with 2nd call from the main sales line.
• Deal with on-site engineers overtime records, expense claims and holiday requests.

To succeed as the After Sales Support you will need:

• Time management and discipline to ensure proactive work is carried out
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• After Sales Revenue experience
• Customer satisfaction experience
• Upselling experience

• Be the go-to person between projects/office and staff
• Have good knowledge or products and how they work
• Ensure completion of final production processes.

Structural Design Engineer with Revit

As the Structural Design Engineer you will be:

• 2D and 3D modelling of a very wide range of products using Revit
• Aid setting up Revit families for propping components
• Prepare dimensional drawings, assembly instructions and complex drawings of projects
• Liaising with both the customer and structural engineers regarding specific on-site requirements
• Amending 3D models based on changing customer requirements
• Creating detailed installation drawings
• Creating bill of materials for jobs detailing quantities of stock required
• Helping the rest of the design team with projects when needed
• Working with minimal supervision and working on multiple jobs at once

As the Structural Design Engineer you will have:

• 2D and 3D CAD experience (Minimum 2 years using Revit)
• Qualified to degree level in Engineering, (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or similar)
• 2-3 years industry experience using Revit and/or a placement year
• Knowledge of Revit families
• Structural steelwork experience
• Experience in leading projects
• Experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of British Standards and designing products to meet these standards.

Customer Sales Support

This highly successful engineering company is expanding fast and now requires an experienced person to sit within the sales department and provide sales and operational support, so the account managers are free to sell, sell, sell!

As the Customer Sales Support you will be:

• Supporting the sales team with all their administration and customer service requirements
• Handling all customer enquiries and making sure all orders are processed in a timely manner (maximum 30 minute response time)
• Liaising with Customer Account Managers to relay customer feedback and requests
• Logging all customer contacts on CRM
• Efficiently processing proof of deliveries, order processing, confirming lead times, communicating with operations etc.
• Ensuring all information and paperwork is with operations by cut off to meet customer expectations

• An engineering degree or similar qualifications or design experience
• 2-3 years industry experience using Solidworks and/or a placement year
• Sheet metal experience would be highly desirable
• Knowledge of British Standards and designing products to meet these standards
• PDM experience within SolidWorks
• A passion to learn and develop your skills
• Experience in the construction industry would be highly desirable
