As the Sales Support Administrator you will be:

• The front line, first call of all sales, ensuring the customer always comes first and gets an extraordinary positive experience ensuring they keep coming back
• Raising quotes, proposals, pricing agreements, general admin and inbox management on behalf of all sales
• Develop a “sales radar” to spot opportunities and upsells
• Ensure every opportunity is logged onto SalesForce and followed through until then end
• Support the sales team with pipeline management and weekly reports

The successful Sales Support Administrator will need:

• Fantastic communication skills with an emphasis on a great telephone manner
• Have a can do, problem solving attitude with the ability to work fast paced in a high-pressure environment
• High accuracy and attention to detail

As the Receptionist Administrator you will be:

• The first point of contact for the Company in relation to incoming calls and visitors to site
• To provide administrative support to the management team
• To receive and redirect incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail and organise courier collections as required
• To maintain meeting room booking system and ensure refreshments are provided as required
• To efficiently input data into the production management system on a daily basis providing reports for verification of data
• To maintain stock levels of office supplies and other relevant materials
• To assist as necessary with the online site induction process, issuing passwords and enabling inductees to follow process
• To assist with the weekly fire alarm check
• To organise the PPE for visitors and staff
• To ensure reception area is kept clean and tidy and free from obstruction and hazards

As the Receptionist Administrator you will have:

• Minimum GCSE English and Mathematics
• Intermediate level Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Strong prioritising skills

As the Receptionist Administrator you will benefit from:

• 20-24k pa
• Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5:00pm
• 25 days holiday + BHs
• 10% pension scheme where the employee does not have to contribute (although they do have a salary exchange scheme if they do want to)
