25 days holiday, early finish on a Friday, up to 22k and a great Andover location.

We have a fantastic opportunity with one of our Andover-based clients for a Sales Coordinator. Working in a busy, vibrant, friendly small team, you will be dealing with orders and queries from customers and following them through to completion. Starts ASAP!

As the Sales Coordinator you will be:

• Inputting orders received
• Checking orders received
• Liaising with Supply Chain regarding stock availability
• Supporting the sales team in all aspects of sales administration
• Progressing orders with our dispatch team
• Faxing/Emailing quotes for special orders that are made in-house
• Raising daily invoices
• Working proactively with the commercial managers and supply team
• Answering customers queries by telephone, letter and email
• Filing orders and dispatch notes daily

As the Sales Coordinator you will have:

• Previous experience an office-based customer service environment
• Accurate with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team
• A proven communicator with excellent telephone skills
• Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work under pressure to tight deadlines

Supply Chain Manager

Experienced Supply Chain Manager needed in Andover with a wealth of excellent benefits including up to 27 days annual leave, private healthcare for you and your family, profit related pay bonus and free parking are in addition to a salary of up to 42k pa.

Reporting to the Directors/Senior Management, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for successfully managing the inventory, and logistics within the business as well as developing and implementing efficiencies and initiatives to support the diversification and growth.

As the Supply Chain Manager you will be overseeing and responsible for:

• Oversee entire supply chain and warehouse team.
• Manage the departmental budget within the business.
• Assisting with Projects in line with company objectives as required.
• Reporting on sales, fulfilment and inventory performance.
• Identifying efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Departmental budget management.
• Management and development of company ERP System.
• Procurement of all products.
• Development of the international supply chain.
• Logistics management, import, export and domestic.
• Generation and management of paperwork to support international trade.
• Ensuring compliance within export/import regulations within supply chain.
• Negotiation of prices and terms with suppliers and service providers.
• Management of inventory levels, inventory records, and Bom’s.
• Stock valuations and analysis.
• Discontinued product run down planning.
• Monitoring and amendment of forecasts to meet supply chain requirements.
• Monitoring and improving inventory turnover.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of new product launches.
• Inventory audit management.


To succeed as the Supply Chain Manager you will have:

• 3 years’ experience within an inventory management, supply chain role.
• Management of inventory within an ERP system.
• Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level.
• Generation of commercial paperwork for import/export process.
• Supplier management and contract/cost negotiation.
• Team management experience with strong communication skills.
• Experience within the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or beauty industry would be desirable.
• CIPS qualified would be advantageous.
• Hold a current UK Driving License


Associated Benefits:

• Salary 36-42k pa depending on experience
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing by 1 day per year of service up to a maximum of 27 days)
