Wireman Urgently Needed! Temporary-to-Permanent position, enhanced pension scheme, free parking, Christmas shutdown and a 3:30pm finish on Fridays!

Our expanding client within the Electronics industry looking for a experienced Wireman to join their fast paced company.

As a Wireman you will be:

• Manufacturing and producing harnesses within the production line
• Wiring
• Quality checking assembled products along with assembling
• Looming
• Crimping
• Soldering
• Testing electronic equipment and keeping precise records of all repairs
• Working PCB boardsets
• Using hand/power tools

To succeed as a Wireman you will need:

• Experience working with PCB assembly
• Experience with Wiring, looming, soldering and crimping
• An excellent eye for detail
• Team player and able to work independently

Refrigeration Engineer

A fast growing and innovative engineering company is looking for an experienced air-conditioning engineer to join their team to work alongside some of the biggest retail companies in the UK.

As the Refrigeration Engineer you will be:

• Refurbishing and servicing air-conditioning and refrigeration units
• Making necessary repairs
• Working with a variety of different machinery
• Establishing the root cause
• Travelling to clients' sites
• Representing the company and providing strong customer service

As the Refrigeration Engineer you will have:

• Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent is essential
• F-Gas qualification is essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Relevant electrical experience (17th, 16th, 15th edition, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics would be an advantage).
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the industry
• Good Health and Safety awareness
• Excellent organisation and people skills
• Demonstrable desire to provide superior service and go the extra mile

Electronic Technician

Are you an experienced Electrical Assembly Engineer or an experienced Panel builder looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to work in a manufacturing and repair environment within a modern factory? If so, then look no further?

As the Electronics Technician you will be:

• Evaluating, testing, trouble shooting and repairing products that come on to site
• Soldering and using test equipment such as digital multi meters and oscilloscopes
• Repairing and measuring sensors and systems
• Involved in product development projects

To succeed as the Electronics Technician you will have:

• Knowledge of how to use machine tools and hand tools safely
• Good understanding of electrics, electronics and pneumatics
• An understanding of fabrication and basic welding techniques
• An HNC or ONC qualification (preferred and not essential)
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and to multi-task

Warehouse Manager

THE COMPANY:

This staff-orientated company, who are experts in their field, have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join their diverse and hardworking warehouse team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing distribution company on a permanent basis.

As the Warehouse Manager you will be:

• Managing people, processes and systems to ensure all goods are processed, received and despatched, and targets are also met
• Ensuring the Warehouse is structured to achieve the throughput and productivity the company requires
• Responsible for compliance, reporting risks, identifying hazards and enforcing policy
• Involved in organising export of equipment globally
• Writing standard operation procedures and safe systems of work and then training Team Members so that processes are adhered too
• Working closely with the rest of the team to create and build strong working relationships within the team.
• Assisting in a fortnightly weekend rota to cover any out of hours calls

As the Warehouse Manager you will have:

• A good knowledge of all warehouse procedures and a good understanding of Health and Safety awareness and legal responsibilities
• A strong understanding of export legislation especially using freight and logistics for global distribution
• Solid, proven experience of working with high volume/fast moving daily processes and deadlines
• A Bendi forklift licence (preferred)
• A positive, forward thinker with initiative and resilience to be able to juggle conflicting priorities
• At least 3 years Warehouse experience

THE LOCATION:

Based in Basingstoke and easily accessible by car and public transport.
