Contracts Administrator

Temporary Contracts Administrator required for 3 month initial contract to start ASAP, £11-£12.50 per hour, free parking

As the Contracts Administrator you will be:

• Entering and maintaining contract records
• Updating contract records
• Responding to internal and external questions and requests
• Any ad-hoc duties

To succeed as the Contracts Administrator you will:

• Have previous administrative and customer service experience
• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Be a strong and confident Excel user – vlookups, pivot tables and graphs are essential
• SAP knowledge advantageous

Talent Finder urgently needed to assist with searching and sourcing the very best local talent to help fill our clients vacancies whilst making a positive impact on people’s lives.

No experience is necessary for this role as we are an established team of experienced recruiters who can teach you the skills you need. What you will have though is exceptional levels of customer service, be naturally warm and friendly and someone who shows a genuine interest in people. You will be a great listener and have good intuition.

Oh - and we should mention this role would not suit someone who is camera shy! We have a video platform whereby you will be required to post videos of jobs, record live interviews with candidates and much more!

Whilst this is a temporary role to start with...Who knows? If you show a real talent for finding talent then we’re not going to let you go! Recruitment could be your next career!

The Role – what you’ll be doing as a Talented Talent Finder!

• To boldly go where no one has gone before in terms of seeking the very best local talent!
• Sourcing candidates using our CRM database, job boards and Social Media to quickly fill temporary assignments
• In depth interviewing of candidates both in the office, off-site and via video links
• Various administration tasks relating to the recruitment process

• Warm, friendly, engaging personality with great intuition and oodles of common sense!
• Enjoys working in a fast paced, fun, frantic, proactive, reactive, challenging but immensely rewarding environment!
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to think on your feet and bring new ideas as well as being social media savvy!

Package – Talent Finder

• £10-12 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Free parking
• 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday – Friday
• Central Basingstoke location
