Warehouse Operative

THE COMPANY:

As the Warehouse Operative you will be:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery/pick up
• Receive and process warehouse stock products
• General warehouse duties including loading, packing, wrapping, labelling, use of scanners and manual handling
• Communicating with supervisors and colleagues and reporting any stock discrepancies
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy whilst complying with company rules, procedures and health & safety regulations

As the Warehouse Operative you will have:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own or within a team
• Positive attitude with flexible approach to taking on new tasks, challenges and situations
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Level of physical fitness as you'll be heavy lifting and manual handling
• Good sense of humour

THE LOCATION:

Based in Bordon and easily accessible by car via the A31/A3 and by local public transport.

CNC Miller/Programmer

Permanent opportunity for a 4 Axis CNC Miller/Programmer. A competitive salary, 7am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday, 21 days holiday per year and free parking on-site.

Small, friendly manufacturing company based in Bordon, is looking for a 4 Axis CNC Miller/Programmer to join them. As a progressive and growing company with plenty of opportunity for you to grow and develop, plus a competitive salary, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller/Programmer.

As the 4 Axis CNC Miller/Programmer you will be:

• Using Fanuc and Heidenhain Controls, machining low quantities of precision items in stainless steel, brass, aluminium and mild steels
• Programming, setting and operating 3 and 4 axis machines
• Producing highly skilled precision milling of 'one off' to 'ten off' pieces
• Liaising with the machine shop to ensure that products produced are to required specifications
• Working with a variety of materials
• Writing and testing programs

To succeed as the 4 Axis CNC Miller/Programmer you will have:

• Previous experience working with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
• A proven track record of CNC part program prove outs, set ups and optimization of method activities
Experience of working with small batch sizes such as 1-10 offs
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• The ability to program, set and operate Mills
• An understanding of Solidworks and Faro basic programming
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work unsupervised
