As an Account Manager you will be:

• Managing major clients to ensure account retention
• Providing strategic direction to projects
• Managing projects (from brief to delivery) in the UK and throughout Europe
• Taking briefs for new projects
• Reporting/supporting the Line Manager in quarterly management information
• Working on, preparing and delivering key project pitches
• Liaising with the design and technical development depts
• Understanding client requirements in terms of design and project delivery objectives
• Negotiating commercials with client to drive sales whilst maintaining margins
• Accurately forecasting and reporting

To succeed as an Account Manager you will have:

• 5 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or design business
• Good commercial awareness and management
• Marketing and sales experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong relationship building skills

Supporting Account Directors and Account Managers, as a Project Team Coordinator, you'll be managing the administration and organisational activities of the client team, working directly with clients and team members and external project stakeholders, and providing project support to steer the process to increase overall team efficiency.

As the Project Team Coordinator you will be:

• Providing high quality service to multiple key accounts and maintaining relationships alongside the Account Managers and Account Directors
• Using ERP system to create new project files, sales orders and purchase orders for all aspects of the projects from start to finish
• Liaising with the Finance team to arrange receipting of client POs for orders and ensuring invoicing is done correctly and in a timely manner
• Managing the invoicing and final project evaluation stages
• Creating extensive reports for clients
• Leading weekly Team meetings to ensure Account Managers and Project Managers are aware of requirements and each job is kept on schedule and up to date
• Responding to client queries and feedback in a timely manner with correct information, ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the whole project
• Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets with formulas for general project status lists

To succeed as the Project Team Administrator you will have:

• Strong Microsoft skills particularly Word and Excel (including formulas)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good commercial awareness and management
• Strong relationship building skills
• Full UK driving licence

Project Manager

This role reports into the Project Leader and is often varied and fast paced. You will be part of a small multi-disciplined team delivering projects to clients from design through to completion.

As the Project Manager you will:

• Develop and evolve quality point of sale equipment and services from initial briefings and concepts maintaining design integrity and best practice
• Create accurate costings of point of sale equipment and services from technical drawings, sketches and concepts
• Procure and manage the production of point of sale equipment from our group manufacturing facilities and outsourced partners keeping to agreed timescales, budgets and quality levels
• Liaise with group manufacturing facilities ensuring accuracy of communication to ensure that expectations are understood
• Liaise with design and engineering teams
• Take responsibility for reporting project status to the client team and project leader
• Take responsibility for maintaining and improving pre-determined budgets for the procurement of point of sale equipment and services exceeding expectations where possible
• Manage the retail installation process either via third party suppliers or our own installation teams. These duties may include the necessity of site visits to monitor progress and lend assistance where required
• Maintain processes regarding health and safety by conducting risk assessments on all units that are manufactured before delivery to the end user and to report concerns to the Project Leader for further analysis
• Manage the quality control process during manufacture via site visits and arrangement of our own internal quality control personnel

To succeed as the Project Manager you will have:

• A proven track record of project management ideally within a manufacturing company
• A sound understanding of manufacturing processes and materials and able to interpret engineering drawings
• A full driving licence
• The flexibility to travel the UK with occasional EU travel
• Experience within Manufacturing and Engineering environments
• Experience with MRP systems
