Client Services Director

Salary on Application
Salary on application, company car, 22 days holiday plus Bank Holiday and private medical insurance after probation. As the Client Services Director you will be:

• Managing, assisting and collaborating with the Account Manager and Project Management team to oversee numerous accounts
• Generating the account strategy to drive the profitable growth of existing clients
• Representing the company in a professional and positive manner through the means of managing day to day working relationships and communicating with prospective clients
• Effectively consulting at board level the company’s key client strategy and running key client presentations, supported by the creative and account teams
• Supporting the development of any new business opportunities through nurturing and developing key relationships at the highest level
• Controlling the financials of specific client accounts from quotations through to invoicing and reporting
• Engaging with clients to understand their needs, take briefings and consult with confidence
• Monitoring budgets, margins, plans and profit to effectively manage your account pipeline to ensure accuracy and of forecasts

To succeed as the Client Services Director you will need:

• Proven senior level Client Services experience or Senior Account Management experience
• Expert knowledge of strategy, digital, content, advertising campaigns, brand, product and service design, internal engagement and business transformation.
• Experience with a proven track record of client development with top brands and, a clear commercial focus and a strong understanding of clients’ businesses
• Experience in managing projects from concept through to delivery
• To be hard-working, intelligent, a great communicator and ambitious with a very straightforward approach
• To be confident and credible at board level
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop lasting relationships with your clients, key partners and agency colleagues.
• An engaging, straightforward, professional and passionate approach
• To be highly organised and enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail skills
