As the Project Buyer you will be:

• Working with the in-house manufacturing facilities as well as local supply chains within the UK and Europe
• Creating and managing the production project plan
• Creating the BOM and managing the production with the Manufacturing team and the outsourced departments making sure all agreed timescales, budgets and quality are adhered too
• Communicating daily with the Manufacturing team ensuring that communication is clear and that expectations are met
• Responsible for reporting on the status of the project
• Managing quality control of the manufacturing process and making sure that it adheres to the in-house Quality Control process

To succeed as the Project Buyer you will have:

• Previous experience through a similar position
• A good understanding of Microsoft office suite
• Previous experience with ERP is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to multi task, be flexible and work in a dynamic, fast changing environment
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Experience in managing projects from concept through to delivery
• To be hardworking, intelligent, a great communicator and ambitious with a very straightforward approach
• To be confident and credible at board level

To succeed as a Technical Advisor you will be technically qualified within mechanical engineering and passionate about delivering an exceptional level of service.

As the Technical Advisor you will be:

• Resolving customer enquiries via phone and email and providing timely and accurate technical information to resolve issues.
• Responding to telephone and email queries from the Dealer Network, end users and internal staff regarding the full range of products.
• Following up on calls where necessary to ensure that matters are resolved as quickly as possible.
• Investigating technical issues as appropriate and providing accurate, up to date technical information to the Customer.
• Liaising with in-house departments e.g. Technical workshop, Warehouse, Inventory regarding technical issues to find out relevant information.
• Handling warranty queries and liaising with the Workshop regarding progress.
• Processing B2B tasks, including product registrations / un-registrations, warranty queries and providing general support to the dealer network with all B2B enquiries.
• Providing a timely response to part number anomalies and provide an update of availability when parts become available, or new information is found (e.g. alternative part numbers).
• Presenting technical capability and know-how effectively.
• Assisting in the Technical Workshop as required
• Writing reports and assisting management as required
• Identifying any safety issues or unusual failures arising

To succeed as the Technical Advisor you will need:

• To be technically qualified, preferably in mechanical engineering
• Excellent communication skills; effective telephone skills for managing calls and building a relationship with the dealer network
• Strong customer orientation; able to understand the customer requirements and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that issues are resolved appropriately
• A patient, calm, polite and efficient work ethic
• To be a self-starter, able to investigate and work on own initiative
• To be able to work effectively under pressure; busy department with a high volume of calls and emails
• To be able to prepare management information as required
• To be IT literate (Word, Excel, MS Office, SAP & B2B)

Account Executive

Supporting Account Directors and Account Managers, as an Account Executive, you'll be managing the administration of and organisational activities of the client team, working directly with clients and team members, and external project stakeholders, and providing project support to steer the process to increase overall team efficiency.

As an Account Executive you will be:

• Providing high quality service to multiple key accounts and maintaining relationships alongside the Account Managers and Account Directors
• Using ERP system to create new project files, sales orders and purchase orders for all aspects of the projects from start to finish
• Liaising with the Finance team to arrange receipting of client POs for orders and ensuring invoicing is done correctly and in a timely manner
• Managing the invoicing and final project evaluation stages
• Creating extensive reports for clients
• Leading weekly Team meetings to ensure Account Managers and Project Managers are aware of requirements and each job is kept on schedule and up to date
• Responding to client queries and feedback in a timely manner with correct information, ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the whole project
• Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets with formulas for general project status lists

To succeed as an Account Executive you will have:

• Strong Microsoft skills particularly Word and Excel (including formulas)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good commercial awareness and management
• Strong relationship building skills
• Full UK driving licence

Project Manager (Retail Design & Manufacturing)

This role reports into the Operations Team Project Leader and is often varied and fast paced. You will be part of a small multi-disciplined team delivering projects to clients from design through to completion.

As the Project Manager you will:

• Develop and evolve quality point of sale equipment and services from initial briefings and concepts maintaining design integrity and best practice
• Create accurate costings of point of sale equipment and services from technical drawings, sketches and concepts
• Procure and manage the production of point of sale equipment from our group manufacturing facilities and outsourced partners keeping to agreed timescales, budgets and quality levels
• Liaise with group manufacturing facilities ensuring accuracy of communication to ensure that expectations are understood
• Liaise with design and engineering teams
• Take responsibility for reporting project status to the client team and project leader
• Take responsibility for maintaining and improving pre-determined budgets for the procurement of point of sale equipment and services exceeding expectations where possible
• Manage the retail installation process either via third party suppliers or our own installation teams. These duties may include the necessity of site visits to monitor progress and lend assistance where required
• Maintain processes regarding health and safety by conducting risk assessments on all units that are manufactured before delivery to the end user and to report concerns to the Project Leader for further analysis
• Manage the quality control process during manufacture via site visits and arrangement of our own internal quality control personnel

To succeed as the Project Manager you will have:

• A proven track record of project management preferably within the Retail Design/ POS/POP related industry
• A sound understanding of manufacturing processes and materials and able to interpret engineering drawings
• A full driving licence
• The flexibility to travel the UK with occasional EU travel
• Experience within Manufacturing and Engineering environments
• Experience with MRP systems
