Contracts Manager

£45000 - £50000 per annum
Are you a client facing professional with a experience of project planning? Are you able to develop and build client relationships? Want to work with some of the biggest and exciting global brands within a forward-thinking, proactive and growing company within the Manufacturing Design industry?

As the Contracts Manager you will be:

• Managing contracts within the service team in a results orientated and organised manner.
• Managing client communication and expectations during the service phase of the project.
• Ensuring projects meet the quality and margin guidelines and that projects are delivered within agreed timings.
• Liaising with the client to inform them of progress of their project and developing these customer relationships.
• Systematically delivering different resources and necessary disciplines to achieve results in the agreed timings, quality, cost and meeting clients satisfaction.
• Responsible for the specific translation of the project deliverables and directly influence the commercial result.
• Applying best practise to deliver service projects, identify opportunities and report on capacity and upcoming pipeline.
• Providing and taking ownership of obtaining accurate calculations related to customer demand and budget.

To succeed as the Contracts Manager you will need:

• To be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills to resolve complex projects in order to achieve the best result
• Exceptional numerical, written and verbal skills alongside a good understanding of Office 365.
• The ability to delegate responsibilities and roles to employees and partners
• Excellent attention to detail skills with a strong ability to focus on a project long term / until completion
• To be able to demonstrate a strategic approach to ensure the intended results are achieved
• Strong customer service skills when liaising between clients both internal and external
• Good time keeping skills in order to deliver projects and goals in a timely fashion
• To be constructive in your approach when liaising with external and internal stakeholders / clients
• Full UK driving licence
