Customer Service Associate

10 POSITIONS AVAILABLE, NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, 4 WEEKS TRAINING, OVERTIME PAID DIRECT INTO YOUR BANK THE NEXT DAY!

Are you working in retail or hospitality and want your weekends back? Are you looking for your first office role? Then apply today! This is a temporary to permanent position based in Basingstoke, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, 1 in every 4 Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm £9.11 an hour

As the Customer Service Associate role you will be:

• Making a large volume of outbound calls a day, dealing with customers courteously at all times and making detailed notes on the system
• Keeping up to date with all client knowledge to ensure correct information is given to customers
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for cash collection, calls per hour and wrap up time
• Adhere to FCA regulations and guidelines (all training provided with an extensive 4 week training programme)

As the Customer Service Associate you will need:

• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A confident telephone manner
• To be available to start on Monday 10th January (later dates will be considered)

As the Customer Service Associate you will benefit from:

As the Customer Service Administrator you will be:

• Responding to customer email correspondence with a high level of detail and accuracy within the SLA required
• Communicating with customers by assisting them with their enquiry, showing empathy and understanding
• Obtaining proof of payment or identifying disputes where possible to provide to our client
• Passing any complaints to the Complaints Officer
• Identifying and flagging any vulnerable customers and pass to Vulnerable Customer Support
• Closing accounts when appropriate and communicating the outcome to the customer
• Agreeing to and setting up instalment plans where possible.
• Ensuring personal sensitive data is processed in line with data protection requirements
• Liaising with Client Services to resolve customer queries with the clients as appropriate
• Raising identified issues to the appropriate manager
• Ensuring that all reporting systems are kept updated

As the Customer Service Administrator you will have:

• A high level of detail and accuracy
• The ability to type fast and accurately
• An empathic and understanding nature

No experience is necessary for this role as we are an established team of experienced recruiters who can teach you the skills you need.
