This massively expanding, professional and highly successful engineering company now requires a Customer Service Executive. Be involved in ensuring customer expectations are met through processing all orders and workflow, work closely with the Warehouse & Transport Teams to achieve all orders are being dispatched on time.

As the Customer Service Executive you will enjoy:

• Hours 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

As the Customer Service Executive you will be:

• Involved with Order Processing
• Daily management of the Orders email inbox
• Processing workflow through for warehouse to pick, pack and dispatch.
• Liaison with other departments, including transport, warehouse and accounts.
• Ensuring all delivery dates are met and notify the Customer Service Executive/Transport team immediately if there are any changes/problems.
• Efficiently process all the following tasks:
• Processing PODs
• Managing the tipping skip schedule for orders to be processed.
• Record and pass on all customer complaints to relevant departments.
• Order processing.
• Order acknowledgements to all customers.
• Process Off-Hires.
• Shoring goods in follow up.
• Communicating with operation departments for lead times and stock questions.
• Handle queries from warehouse and transport.
• Liaison with Transport for all site bookings.

You will need the below to succeed as the Customer Service Executive:

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Good, clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have a can do, problem solving attitude and ability to work fast paced in a high-pressure environment
• Be positive and perform at your highest level
• A good team player
• Good planning and organisational skills

• Be time consciousness
• Possess a genuine care for the customer.
