Marketing Executive

Are you a Marketing professional with a full mix of Traditional, Digital, Brand and Event Marketing? Full or Part time considered - up to 35k pa - beautiful countryside location so you will need to be a driver - Exciting Brand!

As the Marketing Executive, you will be:

• Implementing effective marketing communications campaigns
• Writing, copy and proofreading marketing collateral via brochures, flyers, email and website
• Supplying detailed analysis of ongoing marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met and assistance in the production of competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to promotions
• Managing the production of all marketing materials including printed documents, media advertisements, web content along with digital ad creations, Facebook and Company sites
• Working closely with in house designers as well as third party providers – printers, photographers, advertising and placement
• Evaluating and reviewing marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to ensure effectiveness and correct mediums are being used
• Conducting market research i.e customer questionnaires and focus groups
• Assisting in event organisation
• Coordinating internal marketing
• Taking ownership of the team's administration and providing support to Marketing Manager to deliver agreed activities

As the Marketing Executive, you will have;

• 2 - 5 years’ experience within a similar role
• High attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Good project management and organisation skills
• Flexible with a willingness to get stuck in
• A passion for the brand and lifestyle is highly desirable
• A relevant Marketing degree or qualification is desirable but not essential. An appropriate level of experience is most important.

Associated Benefits;

• 27 - 35k pa depending on experience (full time salary)

Designer / Project Manager

Our client is a well-established timber frame manufacturer of high quality frames, trussed rafters and engineered joists. They are now looking for a Designer/Project Manager to join their team and work on varied and interesting bespoke projects (mainly residential) for a quality fast-track building system.

As the Designer/Project Manager you will be:

• Gathering new customers from enquiries
• Estimating and quoting for projects
• Designing project work either won by yourself or secured centrally in the department:
- Using Autodesk Revit with a 3rd party plug-in: Horizon from Wolf Systems
- Taking a design from customers’ concept drawings, through Approval sets, to Construction Issue
- Liaising with client or their design team, and with our 3rd party Engineers
• Issuing manufacture drawings and material-picking schedules to on-site frame fabricators and off-site steel fabricators
• Administering production data, work values and dates for deliveries
• Issuing installation drawings to site installers
• Managing the installation of the project and liaising with erectors
• Managing the technical handover

To succeed as the Designer/Project Manager you will have:

• Experience within a system-build environment (e.g. timber frame, SIPS, light gauge steel, light steel frame, modular buildings etc)
• A good understanding of the issues involved in working in the offsite construction industry and also within the manufacturing process
• Excellent relationship building skills, both with your colleagues and your clients
• The ability to understand the needs of your clients, who may require considerable support from someone with your knowledge and experience
• Experience of timber frame design
• Experience using Revit (desirable)
