Working in a busy, vibrant, friendly team, you will be managing customer enquiries from existing and new customers, closing contracts, researching
new business opportunities and supporting the field sales team.

As the Sales Executive you will be responsible for:

• Generating quotations from the in house computer system for hire products
• Handling a number of inbound calls
• Monitoring and actioning emails
• Searching for and winning new business as well as supporting and nurturing existing customers
• Liaising with the customer in a friendly and professional manner
• Liaising with all functions and teams across the business

As the Sales Executive you will be:

• Proactive, a team player and have good attention to detail
• Microsoft proficiency
• Able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
• A proven communicator with excellent telephone skills
• Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work under pressure to tight deadlines

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our client's Accounting and Finance Department for a Tax Accountant to join their busy team. As the Tax Accountant, you will support the Group Corporate Tax Manager to meet the corporation tax and other annual compliance requirements for our client's UK Group Companies. The broad scope of this role will enable the successful candidate to develop both personally and professionally within a professional finance environment and in time will become involved in all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will be an ATT or CTA part qualified tax professional with an accounting background or studying towards their ATT or CTA qualification. As the Tax Accountant you will be:

• Supporting the Group Corporate Tax Manager in preparing the UK Tax Group corporation tax compulsions for (currently) 7 active companies and 2 dormant companies
• Preparing estimates for quarterly corporation tax payments on account
• Identifying qualifying R&D for tax credit claims, build claim from relevant costs and activities and submit claim through revised Computation
• Identifying patented product sales and calculating Patent Box claim for inclusion in revised Computation
• Preparing the quarterly (moving to monthly) VAT return
• Completing and filing the bi-monthly Irish VAT returns
• Proactively monitoring VAT compliance including the evaluation of transactions and potential for misstatement of Return values
• Working with the Group Tax Compliance Manager to develop an internal audit programme to ensure VAT compliance
• Monitoring import/export practices in relation to declarations, use of tariff codes and potential of duty misstatement
• Assisting with PAYE compliance where required to including CIS and IR35
• Managing the Group's transfer price policies to include updating Master Files, functional analysis for local files and general review and advice
• Supporting HMRC enquiries and audits in conjunction with professional advisors
• Providing training, communications and explanations on effects of new tax related legislation
• Assisting Group Financial Director in meeting their SAO obligations

To be successful as the Tax Accountant you will be:

• Ideally studying towards your ATT or CTA qualification with at least 3 years' experience
• At advanced Microsoft Excel level including the ability to work with pivot tables, v-lookups and h-lookups
• Capable of interpreting and reporting on data
• Multi-entity transactions and reconciliations
• Able to establish working relationships from distance with minimal face-to-face interaction with the ability to influence local finance teams
• All-round PC proficient with the ability to learn and use a wide range of IT packages

As the Health and Safety Manager you will be ensuring that sound health, safety and environmental practices are identified, documented and fully aligned to the key business drivers whilst ensuring these are complied with throughout the organisation. You will support and enable CRS to exceed its statutory and contractual obligations in managing all QHSE aspects across a diverse risk landscape.

As the Health and Safety Manager you will be responsible for:

• Developing a strong working relationship with all levels of employees and promote a culture of engagement with QHSE related issues

• Carrying out management system audits and inspections and manage a programme of corrective / preventative actions for continuous improvement and compliance
• Supporting with coordination and completion of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 audits and support operational teams with any external audits;
• Supporting the implementation, design and development of risk management processes, including risk assessments, COSHH assessments, fire risk assessments, CDM compliance audits
• Providing internal training to operational teams in specific QHSE
• Identifying and understanding the health, safety, environmental and associated legal requirements that are relevant to the business and ensure the teams comply with these
• Providing concise, factual and accurate information through status reports to the UK operating board, ensuring all information is available to enable effective decisions and improvements to be made


To succeed as the Health and Safety Manager you will have:

• IOSH Membership
• NEBOSH General Certificate
• Experience within a full time Health and Safety / Environmental role;
• Level 5 / 6 qualification in Health and Safety
• Full working knowledge of ISO45001 (18001) and experience in working with ISO14001 and ISO9001
• Qualifications in Fire Safety & Fire Risk Assessment
• Fully Conversant with all Microsoft Office Applications
• Meticulous Attention to Detail
• Approachable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hold a current valid driving licence
