Our innovative and technologically advanced client in Basingstoke needs as a Warehouse Administrator ASAP! Up to 23k pa, private medical, 25 days holiday and an early finish on Fridays!

This market leading organisation are in a great position of sustainable growth and as such require a Warehouse Administrator to maintain the day-to-day warehouse admin activities and provide support to the Operations Manager. You'll be dealing with all day to day duties such as despatches, receipts, stock and planning to ensure the company can continue to meet and exceed the expectations of their customers.

In return for loyalty the Warehouse Administrator will be offered:

• A salary of 20-23k pa depending on experience
• 8am - 4:30pm with an early Friday finish

As the successful Warehouse Administrator you will:

• Maintain best practices for the warehouse operations of the UK Facility
• Run customer reports, print off pick notes, deal with goods in paperwork on system, despatch notes and sales orders
• Undertake admin duties as per Procedures and Work Instructions
• Maintain good customer and supplier relations on the telephone and face to face at all times and ensure customer satisfaction
• Liaise with the operations, service and admin teams in order to maintain operational standards
• Assist in internal auditing
• Maintain best practices in line with H&S, EMS and QMS requirements.
• Perform such other duties as may be deemed necessary, in order to achieve operational requirements of the Company.

To succeed as the Warehouse Administrator it is important to have:

• Strong administration skills - warehouse admin experience would be ideal!
• Production planning experience would be highly desirable
• A positive and motivated attitude towards work
• Ability to use Word & Excel
• Attention to detail
• Good communication (verbal and written)
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Analytical skills
• Possess integrity and resilience

Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator required. 22-25k pa, 22 days holiday increasing with loyal service, a lovely company, opportunities for progression, free parking and a 4pm finish on Fridays! Own transport is required due to rural office location.

As part of a team of 5 Sales Administrators, you'll be taking complete ownership for customer ordering, preparing quotations and handling enquiries, whilst building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and the sales team. This is an expanding, successful company which offers real opportunity to progress within.

As a Sales Administrator you will be:

• Answering the telephone in a professional and friendly manner, handling customer enquiries and taking orders
• The first point of contact for customers and internal staff for all courier related queries, to include checking ETA’s for customers using courier websites and contacting the courier if information is not supplied online or is unclear
• Ensuring that larger orders shipped are received by the recipient
• Responsible for arranging the shipping of replacement parts in a timely manner for items that are lost in transit and liaising with the stock controller
• Responsible for contacting customers to gain additional information to assist the courier with their delivery
• Assisting existing and new customers with pricing and product selection
• Using the company's CRM system to maintain customer records, prepare quotations and support the external sales team
• Processing orders on the CRM system
• Liaising with customers in a timely manner on the status of their order and stock availability
• Assisting existing and new customers with pricing and product selection via phone and email taking exact order requirements and providing quotations
• Filing daily sales documentation
• Developing your product knowledge through internal training
• Supporting the company when it undertakes special projects
• Generally developing the role and take more responsibility within the organisation.

To succeed as a Sales Administrator you will need:

• Previous sales ordering processing experience within a similar role is essential
• A polite, professional telephone manner and a natural aptitude to provide great customer service
• Experience of ERP systems in general and SAP in particular would be a distinct advantage
• Natural aptitude to solve problems before asking others
• Excellent communication skills and be a strong team player
• The willingness and ability to learn about technical products

As a Technical Support you will be:
