Senior Credit Controller / Finance Manager

Our highly skilled candidate is used to liaising at a senior level and reports into the Operations Director at the engineering company where they are currently employed. Calm, unfazed and a ‘safe pair of hands’, they are used to, and fully comfortable, chasing and recovering debt worth c.£5m per month from large accounts (c.£2m per month) and lots of smaller accounts and are proud to say that they have reduced outstanding debt by £2m. They do this by being firm, dogmatic, tenacious, friendly, understanding and finding solutions; their approach is to get to know their clients well so they can build strong relationships and tailor their approach for each client.
