With a solid track-record of achievement in meeting targets and deadlines, they have a keen eye for detail along with natural organisational and prioritisation abilities. Managing production and assembly teams of up to 40 people, they thrive in a fast paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to a variety of different situations and scenarios to come up with real time solutions to both predicted and unforeseen issues. They have the ability to use a variety of different hand, power and compressed air tools, as well as other work shop based machines. This innovative individual is happy quality checking their own work, can read technical drawings and they have a firm understanding of Poke Yoke, 5's and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Working their way up from production operative to production leader in a previous role, This hands on manager isn't afraid to get stuck in to the day to day running of production!
