CNC Programmer/Miller

This competent and dependable Setter/Operator is comfortable using 5 axis machines, predominantly, Mills; however he is using a Turning machine at the moment, so his skills will continue to grow. This willing and eager candidate's experience goes beyond just watching a machine do its thing, he understands how to select tooling, self check his own work (to very tight tolerances) and can even undertake low to mid level machine maintenance. Given his experience, he is able to read technical drawings to ensure that all work meets employer and customer expectations, having worked with plastic and metals, he has produced various mechanical components for the rail, automotive and aerospace sectors. This mature head is energetic and dynamic, they really thrive in a cohesive environment, where they can add value to themselves, their team, and their employer.
